Order Placement:
Orders must be placed and canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Payment and Order Confirmation:
For orders over $50 placed more than one week in advance:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order to hold the date.
The final balance is due one week before pick-up.
If the order remains unpaid by this deadline, it will not be fulfilled.
For orders under $50 or those placed less than one week in advance:
Full payment is required at the time of order.
All payments made one week or less before pick-up are non-refundable.
Payment Methods:
Acceptable payment methods include: Zelle, Venmo, Check, Cash, and Credit card (with an additional fee)
Cancellation:
Orders must be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Orders canceled within this window will not receive a refund.
Refunds:
After the product has left the hands of the baker, Sweet Perfections is not responsible for any issues that arise.
Refunds are not provided for custom orders unless there is a clear error on our part.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.
Pickup:
Pickup is required for all orders under $100.
Orders can be picked up at our designated location during specified hours.
Please arrive within your scheduled pickup time to ensure your order is fresh and ready.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, a $10 fee will apply for each additional hour of waiting.
Delivery:
Delivery is available for orders over $200 for an additional fee.
The delivery fee varies depending on the distance of the delivery location.
Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time.
Allergen Information:
Customers must inform us of any severe allergies when placing an order.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are made with non-allergen-friendly ingredients.
All baked goods are made in a kitchen that contains gluten, dairy, and nuts.
Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available upon request but are not made in a kitchen free of gluten, nuts, or dairy.
