Meet the Baker

Hello! My name is Miranda, and I have loved sweets and baked goods for as long as I can remember. When I was around 4 or 5, I cut out pictures of cupcakes and cakes from a magazine and glued them onto a notebook. By the time I was 8, I started cutting out recipes and hanging them on my wall, eventually making my own cookbook from all the recipes I found.

I was always drawn to bakeries and knew I wanted to learn how to bake my own sweets one day. When I was 12, I found a cake pop book while visiting my grandparents’ house. Cake pops became the first treat I made on my own. 

Being the 5th of 11 children, birthdays were frequent in my house, giving me many chances to practice my baking skills.

I began growing my skills by baking treats for every family birthday. After graduating college, I launched my own home bakery. There were times when it felt like baking would always be a dream, but I made it, and now here I am! 

Baking brings me so much joy, and I believe desserts make every celebration more special and memorable. Being part of someone's special day is such a gift, and I am excited to continue spreading joy through my love of baked goods.

My favorite part about baking from home is that I can spend as much time perfecting each sweet as I want or need. I have lots to learn and perfect, but I love sharing my passion for baking with others and want my customers to grow alongside me on this journey.
